Full TimeJob DescriptionThe Knowledge Manager shall exhibit extensive knowledge in SharePoint and other cloud or web-based platforms. This position requires extensive experience with SharePoint development, information management, website development, and workflow process management. High-quality writing skills are necessary for this position, as well as familiarity with AR 25-50 (Preparing and Managing Army Correspondence). Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). The candidate shall be compliant with Department of Defense Directive (DoDD) 8140.01 at the time of hire.Provide web presence and content management support on Internal Knowledge Portals (MS SharePoint), including granting and managing SharePoint user permissions.Provide web presence and content management support on approved DoD websites and portals (e.g., Intelink.gov; Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) SharePoint Services; milSuite) as required to support program strategic communications.Support the team with web content management solutions with a targeted focus on content dashboards and business/mission intelligence using the SharePoint site and other DoD Tools.Create innovative project management solutions using pre-existing tools such as lists, dashboards, wikis, blogs, professional networks, and community sites.Design, develop, and configure project management and social media collaboration solutions using Microsoft SharePoint Server and milSuite to empower Project Management efforts, including document libraries, content types, dashboards, among others.Provide technical expertise on social media solutions, such as blogs, wikis, professional networks, and Microsoft SharePoint, specifically collaboration trends, updates to the underlying technologies, and product direction.Day-to-day Knowledge Management, Content Management, Workflow, and Operations support.SharePoint Branding and Site Collection Management including support on migrations and upgrades.Perform activity reports, programmatic summaries, and/or information briefs to track the management and reduction of risk as it pertains to product support. Provide the maintenance and retrieval of information in a portable format on a web-accessible content management library (SharePoint or milSuite, etc.).Develop sites in milSuite, milWiki, and milBook for greater visibility within the DOD community.Minimum Requirements:
