As a Project Manager specializing in healthcare, life science or cGMP projects, you will play a key role in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale construction projects. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initial concept through to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

As they continue to expand our portfolio, we are seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager with expertise in life science or cGMP projects to join our team.
Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of life science or cGMP construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts, and monitor progress against key milestones.
- Implement best practices for project management, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status, address issues, and manage expectations.
- Identify and mitigate risks and challenges that may impact project success, proactively implementing solutions to minimize disruptions.
- Manage project documentation, contracts, and change orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to contractual requirements.
Profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects in the life science or cGMP sector.
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices, with a focus on quality, safety, and compliance.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and build strong relationships.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Primavera, Procore, Microsoft Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
