The Senior Financial Analytics Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support financial analysis and performance tracking. It also involves synthesizing complex financial data sets to provide insights and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders. This role also involves process automation through SQL and different technologies.The Senior Financial Analytics Professional collates, models, interprets and analyzes data in order to identify, explain, influence variances and trends. Explains variances and trends and enhances modeling techniques. May possess financial or actuarial background. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.Use your skills to make an impactRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree5 years Finance/ accounting and technical experience e.g. SQL, Power Bi development, Enterprise performance Management.Experience in compiling, modeling, interpreting and analyzing data in order to identify, explain, influence variances and trendsMust be able to explain variances and trends and enhance modeling techniquesExperience working with moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factorsMust be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiencesPreferred QualificationsMaster's DegreeFinancial or actuarial backgroundProject Management CertificationAdditional InformationYou must be authorized to work in the US without Humana sponsorship as Humana does not provide work visa sponsorship for this role.Scheduled Weekly Hours40Pay RangeThe compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $78,800 - $108,500 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
