Neuro Rehabilitation Nurse

Job Summary:

• Provide medical treatment and oversee the health status of A.F.C. residents in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, Program Nurse LPN, and Residential Supervisor.
• Conduct initial and as-needed Health Care Assessments of residents and write care plans for complex cases.
• Monitor and evaluate residents' medications and document medical treatment and health status.
• Coordinate and implement infection control procedures and provide leadership and support to staff.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or as required for licensure as a registered nurse; licensed to practice in State of Michigan.
• One year of previous experience in a residential setting as an RN preferred; experience providing medical services in a rehabilitation setting.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm with some flexibility
