If you are looking to stretch and grow your career our culture will embrace you. Open up opportunities with HPE.Lead a team of seasoned and talented product managers building differentiated technology solutions for In-Memory Scale-Up Servers mission-critical use cases with built-in high availability and deployment automation across ERP, enterprise databases, and use cases across financial services and healthcare.  Support and further develop sell-to relationships with Tier1 service providers.   Innovate and maintain a compelling product roadmap and explore new workloads such as In-Memory AI to expand revenue opportunity.Designs, plans, develops, and manages In-Memory Scale-Up Servers and ProLiant for SAP throughout the solution portfolio lifecycle: from new product definition or enhancements to existing products; planning, design, forecasting, and production; to end of life.Responsibilities:Leads and drives the end-to-end strategy and operational product roadmap for In-Memory Scale-Up Server and represents, defends, advises, and gains alignment on strategy for the platform up through EVP senior management.Guides the team(s) in defining value proposition, customer segmentation, and business case to bring innovative and disruptive products to the market for In-Memory Compute. (i.e., Product configuration mix, Revenue/margins, financials, market share).Drive excellence in execution on Tier1 service provider relationships to deliver a positive customer experience and future revenue growth.For one or more portfolios, leads and drives the synthesis of market requirements (MRD) into marketing/customer details through having intimate customer knowledge and business, financial and industry market acumen.Maintain regular communication and interlocks with region / country category management, partners, and sales teams to drive to revenue and margin targets.Deliver accurate forecasts across all In-Memory Compute platforms and coordinate with Supply Chain to prevent material shortages and excess material write-offs.Aligns multiple product lifecycles to business segment goals across all phases of the product portfolio lifecycle and business unit lifecycle (e.g. planning, development, launch, management, exit).Leads portfolio team within business unit and drives the evaluation and assessment of the key operational metrics (i.e.: revenue unit/margins, market share, quality performance, channel route to market, quarterly financials and on time to delivery).Education and Experience Required:Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or related field of study. MBA or advanced degree in computer science or engineering preferred.12+ years of work experience in related field, including 3+ years managing teams.Product Management experience strongly preferred.Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and database software and vendors strongly preferred.Proven ability to define and execute a business strategy that drives operational excellence & profit, including quarterly and annual planning with worldwide, dedicated sales teams and partners.Strong technology foundation and business acumen and understand the technology strategy in the market.Demonstrated experience leading people and teams on complex projects.Exceptional team and people management skills, ability to mentor and lead teams to achieve results for complex, ambiguous projects.Exceptional skills in cost efficient solution building, financial performance metric creation and analysis.Exceptional business acumen and knowledge of root cause analysis and problem detection.Technical understanding and knowledge of the relevant industry and ability to provide product specific technical training to the team.Join us and make your mark!We offer:• A competitive salary and extensive social benefits• Diverse and dynamic work environment• Work-life balance and support for career development• An amazing life inside the element!
