Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 per year

• Responsibilities
• Supervise construction teams and jobsites to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
• Coordinate with project teams to develop and maintain project schedules
• Ensure all quality control inspections and documentation meet customer specifications
• Oversee pipeline projects from start to finish
• Provide excellent customer service
• Oversee all hiring, firing, and training of new and existing employees
• Use field resources to assist fabrication facility when available to do so

Short Term Responsibilities – 6 months-12 months:

• Directly work with Upper Mgmt. to determine overall plan & structure for our field services organization

•Customers to focus on, services to offer, service area, team structure, etc.

•Understand how current field team works and provide feedback for improvement

• Establish Houston area Services team

•HR support for advertising positions, interview schedules, etc.

•Hiring decisions will be yours to make

•Determine list of resources required to be successful (i.e. trucks, tools, machines, etc.)

• Train and grow knowledge on our products to be able to pull through on service projects
• Assist Pearland fabrication shop in adding depth of labor resources and knowledge to assist in taking on our extensive fabrication backlog

Long Term:

• Gulf Coast Field Services management
• Build team with offices in Houston, Lake Charles, & Baton Rouge at a minimum
• Ability to take on full turnkey jobs from tanker hose to install of pumps, valves, expansion joints, interconnecting pipe and tanks (getting very close to an industrial contractor)
