March 2025 Residency - Various Specialties

Locations include Ballard, Cherry Hill, First Hill and Issaquah

Swedish is seeking applicants for our

March 2025 RN Residency . An RN Residency with Swedish will provide the foundation and support essential to becoming an expert in your specialty. Learn through a combination of structured curriculum, simulation, and authentic patient experiences guided by preceptors. If you are a recently graduated RN, with less than 12 months of experience, you owe it to yourself to explore this exceptional opportunity.

This position starts on March 10, 2025.

Full-Time Night Shifts available for most specialties. Full Time Day Shifts available for Operating Room.

Sign-on Bonus for eligible candidates who meet all conditions for payment - this is in addition to the fantastic benefits and compensation package offered by Providence that begin on your first day of employment.

MedSurg and Telemetry: $15,000

All other departments: $10,000

Relocation is also available for applicants who qualify.

Required Qualifications:Graduation from an accredited nursing programWashington Registered Nurse License upon hireNational Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hirewithin 6 months (180 days) of hire: National Provider ACLS - American Heart AssociationGraduation from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or lessPreferred Qualifications:

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
