***Experienced Collector with Auto FinanceBackground Preferred***General Description: Responsible for the collecting on loans, managing queues, making payment arrangements and other duties as assigned for one of the area’s leading title loans finance companyDuties and Responsibilities:Manage daily activities, including but not limited to:Customer serviceGoals & collectionsVDC insurance processesEnsure that minimum delinquency and credit loss do not exceed company guidelines and expectations.Maintain accurate tracking and analyze delinquency and charge off trends of the portfolio.Hire, train, motivate, supervise, and oversee scheduling of collection staff.Assign repossessions as required.Oversee the payment collection process.Participate in regular management meetings.Conduct department staff meetings to communicate company objectives.Skills Required and Physical Demands:Extensive management experience in auto collections.Extensive understanding of compliance, collection, BK and repossession laws.Bilingual (English and Spanish) required.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.Authority Levels with respect to Decision Making:Make arrangements on active customer accounts.Order repossessions per company policy.Modify active customer accounts per company guidelines. Key Priority Assignments:Meet and exceed delinquency, recency and charge off goals.Document and implement ongoing and continuous training process.Formulate and implement processes and systems to increase collection productivity.Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekWork Location: In person
