The details:

Each child has their own unique needs. We work one-on-one with children from birth through the transition into adulthood in a developmentally friendly setting to encourage and inspire children and parents to reach their goals. Our pediatric rehabilitation team consists of a multidisciplinary team of clinicians with a wide range of rehabilitation expertise in a variety of diagnoses, including but not limited to:

Cerebral Palsy, Traumatic Brain Injury, Spina Bifida, Down Syndrome, Torticollis, Plagiocephaly, AutismDevelopmental delays and disordersOrthopedic, neurologic, and vestibular impairmentsMovement system disordersSensory integration and visual motor skillsFine motor skillsReceptive and expressive language impairmentsCognitive impairmentsFeeding and swallowing impairments

Job Responsibilities

Deliver quality one on one outcomes driven Occupational Therapy servicesDocument with web-based software and documentation system (EMR)Provide accurate and timely documentation for current patient caseload and oversee compliance of department.Conduct patient and family educationDisplay strong skills in flexibility, time management, and communicationOther duties as assigned

Education Requirements

Minimum: Bachelor of Occupational TherapyPreferred: Master or Doctor of Occupational Therapy

Experience Requirements

Two (2) years of pediatric experience requiredStrong skills in flexibility, time management, leadership, and communicationPatient focused to provide the best customer service experience

License/Certification Requirements

Minimum:

Occupational Therapist license eligible to practice in the state of IndianaBasic Life Safety (American Heart Association)
