Quality Inspector

Pay: $20/hr Shift: First Shift (Start and end times may vary: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM) Overtime is required before and at the end of shifts, depending on customer needs Job Responsibilities: Inspect and rework metal seat frames (20-30 lbs) to ensure they meet company standards and product integrity. Perform visual and dimensional inspections, sorting, and testing according to written instructions. Operate testing equipment such as go/no-go gauges and micrometers, and use hand tools like crimpers, drills, and files as needed. Document defects on rejected parts, manage non-conforming material reports, and conduct repetitive testing to assess quality. Communicate effectively with customers, primarily through WhatsApp, regarding quality issues and updates. Qualifications: 1+ years of QA experience required. Previous seating experience, particularly in inspecting and reworking metal seat frames, is a plus. Bilingual in Spanish and English is essential, as some team members are non-English speaking. Basic computer skills and proficiency in data entry. Good dexterity for precise handling during the rework process.
