Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year
A bit about us:For over three decades, we have become a leading boutique media agency in the Northeast. Due to continued agency growth, we have an immediate need for a Media Buyer. Ideal candidates will have a strong background with digital media buying; traditional experience, is a plus!
This is a full time, direct hire role. We are based in CT and in-office Tues/Wed/Thurs.

Is your background a match?
- 2+ years of digital media buying experience across all digital channels - programmatic, search, paid social (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter, Influencer), video, display, OTT/CTV, streaming audio, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Understanding of ad operations, media reporting processes, and QA, including implementation of media platform pixels, UTMs, ad serving, and bidding platforms
- Strong budget management skills: experience managing budgets and determining the best use of funds to meet specific goals
- Analytical and strategic thinker who can translate campaign performance data into actionable insights and recommendations
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook
- Knowledge of Strata or Advantage Software a plus
- Able to successfully pass a background check
What will you be doing?
- Collaborate with account managers to develop media strategies, building, negotiating, and implementing media plans & buys
- Digital campaign strategy, development, implementation, and performance
- Manage multiple digital campaigns and clients simultaneously, determining KPI’s and benchmarks
- Execution, tracking, optimization, performance and reporting of digital campaigns and key metrics
- Identify trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance
- Build, foster and nurture strong, lasting relationships with client and internal team members
- Work closely with media buyers & coordinators overseeing entire campaign implementation
- Evaluate the success of digital strategies and campaigns and recommend optimizations pre and post campaign
- Negotiate competitive rates and added value for all clients
- Stay informed on current paid digital media trends, advances, and the continuous changes to the digital landscape
- Analyze market requests and create detailed POV’s
- Schedule, attend and participate in client, agency, and media vendor meetings as necessary, while keeping staff up to date on learnings
- Participate in new business pitch development and presentations
- Set up and maintain dashboards to show live campaign results and analytics to clients
