Ideal candidate: experience in ER environment; taking care of inpatients, PCVU experience also useful due to floating, adaptable, flexible, willing to go wherever is neededFloat requirement: For Medsurg level nurses they could float to the following units:ICU,PCU,ED- they would only take care of medsurg overflow patients in these areasIn ED the inpt nurses only float if there are patients who are admitted to med surg and waiting for a bed. Within med surg pod- Medical, Oncology, Ortho/neuro, surgical, and rehab.Pay Range: $2706.11 - $3183.66 Per Week
