flexibility with approving holiday time off.
They will still be expected to work two out of the three major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's).
Patient Ratio expectation will be 1:5 for day shift MS/Tele and 1:6/7 for night shift MS/Tele.
In the event of call-offs or staffing shortage, clinicians may be asked to take higher ratios as needed to care for the current census.
