Summit Medical Staffing Allied is seeking a travel Cardiac Sonographer for a travel job in Biddeford, Maine.Job Description & RequirementsSpecialty: Cardiac SonographerDiscipline: Allied Health ProfessionalStart Date: 11/04/2024Duration: 13 weeks40 hours per weekShift: 8 hours, daysEmployment Type: TravelEducation: Graduate of an approved school of sonography or equivalent combination of training and experience to be eligible for registration as a Cardiac Sonographer through ARDMS or CCI
License/ Certification: Eligible for registration in cardiac Sonography through the American Registry of Diagnostic and Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) with six months of hire. Full registration is expected within 12 months of hire. BLS Certification required.
Experience: Minimum of six to twelve months of experience or equivalent combination of training and experience preferred. Previous experience in 2-D echo, Exercise and Chemical Stress echo and TEE's is desirable.
Knowledge of cardiac anatomy and physiology as well as procedures and equipment at a level generally acquired through completion of an approved program in Diagnostic Medical Sonography preferred.About Summit Medical Staffing AlliedSummit Medical Staffing was founded in 2014 and is based in Fremont, Nebraska.
