Lucrative commission structureEmployee Option Units$1500 annual education reimbursement$100 per month technology reimbursementUnlimited PTOOpportunity to build and grow a lucrative sales teamJob DescriptionThe Sales Director is a player/coach position, with the primary responsibility to recruit, hire, lead and mentor a B2B sales team of a $9 million automotive training/performance support organization across multiple verticals while driving key growth (70%) while also building and managing an individual book of key enterprise accounts (30%).

You will do this by:

Establishing Quantum5s niche in the automotive retail spaceCultivating a hands-on leadership approach by partnering with sales team members on deal execution while also managing an individual book of businessCreating and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectivesMeeting and striving to exceed sales revenue goalsRecruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and retaining a high performing sales teamCoaching and mentoring sales team members to optimize individual performanceMaintaining, updating and ensuring compliance with the Sales PlaybookDeveloping sales proposals and responses to request for proposals (RFPs)Supporting complex sales presentations and negotiationsMonitoring and troubleshooting key performance indicators (KPIs) such as funnel stage conversions, close rates, revenue vs. plan, customer loyalty, and organic growthTraveling to and presenting to prospects, at trade shows and company events as required or neededQualifications

7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, never too far removed from directly engaging in sales activitiesRecent experience selling to OEMs and large dealer groups; large contracts a plusProven record showing outstanding sales results and interpersonal skillsProven experience growing sales operations in a high-growth environmentA bachelor's degree or better with a business concentration or equivalentMust demonstrate outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsMust possess experience and expertise in selling strategies and methodologies, strategic planning and execution, and employee motivation techniquesAbility to conduct effective discovery discussions, and engineer and execute solutions to drive positive sales outcomesExperience with agile work environment is preferred, but curiosity is requiredEnjoys and thrives in fast-paced, changing, and growing environmentAdvanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 is a plusHubSpot CRM experience a plusDo our goals align?
