If you believe in business as the greatest platform for change and in companies doing well and doing good - you've come to the right place.Job Duties:Lead discovery sessions with business partners to understand the strategic business roadmap and overall Enablement program strategy.Use performance consulting techniques to understand knowledge gaps, skills gaps, and learning needs.Analyze large volumes of seller performance data to answer key questions for stakeholders.Identify areas of opportunity and/or improvement based on trends in the data.Design and implement short- and long-term AI and data-driven enablement strategy.Support stakeholders in articulating their impact by creating compelling narratives.Lead Data Analysts to support data discoveries, experiments, and improvements.Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Learning Science and Technologies, Business, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.Special Skill Requirements:Content Development - Lesson Design, Blooms Taxonomy, Differentiated assessments.Stakeholder Needs Analysis - Empathy Interviews, Qualitative Research.Coaching and Teacher Training - Workshop design and facilitation.Software/Application Development - Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Code Release & Deployments, UX/UI and Engineering collaboration.Java, C++.Project Management - Agile Methodology (IBM Rational Team Concert).Data Analysis - Measuring learning outcomes (MS Excel, Google Sheets).Customer-facing presentations - Google and Microsoft Suite.Change Management - Incident/Case Resolution, Process Improvements.Salary:
