Inspector - CMM Programmer
to join their team. As a Inspector - CMM Programmer, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting . The ideal candidate will have PC-Dmis, CMM and Inspector which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Inspector - CMM Programmer
Location: Torrance, CA
Pay Range: $37 - $40/hr on W2
PC-DMIS CMM Programmer/Operator:
•Perform inspections•Test parts and raw material•Monitor and verify quality•Recommend improvements•Conform to specifications•Record observations•Audit quality control programs•Develop specs and procedures•Improve quality practices•Perform CMM (coordinate measuring machine) inspections using Hexagon 7.10.7 SF•Verify parts are conforming to specifications and drawings•Audit quality control programs•Recommend improvements in the CMM process
YOU MUST HAVE:•High School Diploma or equivalent•5+ years of inspection experience•Ability to interpret drawings and comprehend GD&T•Ability to use hand measuring equipment•Special Considerations:•Lifting will not exceed 30 Lbs. and/or repetitions of this or lesser weights will be significant.•Exposure to substantial machine, chemical, biological or other physical risks are anticipated.
