The Lighthouse is a dedicated campus for creators and their teams to work, (co-)create, gather, be inspired & develop their careers. A division of the Whalar Group. Why a campus?Creators don’t feel there are many places that truly embrace them to be comfortable, safe and fully free to be creative.Ironically, it’s an isolating profession that has them seeking out their tribe for connection.Collaboration amongst the community has always been a mainstay of driving growth and opportunity.Being a creator is becoming ever more complex as they grow, as they build teams and as they diversify their business; yet they lack career development tools. There is a lack of access to spaces that are truly curated for creators to empower them to innovate, uplevel and grow. Here’s what the campus will offer:Education (LEARN) - Think Art School & Grad SchoolA space for Creators to be empowered to further their career by hearing from industry peers, topic specialists on things like finance, legal, HR, mental health and from inspiring figures from other fields of business, sport, music, art, entertainment, food and fashion.Studios (MAKE) - Think YouTubeSpaces and Milk StudiosA space for Creators to uplevel their creative or brand into new productions with green screen rooms, specialized sets, podcast studios, gaming rooms, editing bays, livestreaming rooms, photography studios. All this alongside co-working spaces, private offices, meeting rooms, dedicated studios and screening rooms.Community (BELONG) - Think Summit Series & YPOA space for Creators to hang out, connect with one another, take informal meetings, break bread together, attend or host events and gatherings to foster community, network, collaborate and moments of serendipitous collisions.About the role:
