Dress code is blue scrubsTravelers within 50 miles are not acceptedCOVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline):Required + Booster - Medical/Religious Exemptions onlyFlu Vaccine (Facility Guideline):Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions and Declinations AllowedTelemetry RN for community hospital tele unit with Non-titrated cardiac drip management (Amiodarone, Milrinone, lasix, cardizem (titrated), dopamine and dobutamine). Patient dx includes Sepsis, Stroke, Respiratory Failure, COPD, PNA, NSTEMI, ETOH Withdrawal, CHF, Acute or Chronic Renal Failure, Cirrhosis. Avg. daily census ~40. Provider support includes interpretation services, lift teams, pharmacy, phlebotomy, physical therapy, radiology, rapid response teams, respiratory services, social services, transportation, and unit secretary. Provider coverage includes Hospitalist and Intensivist.1 year experience required. Will consider 1st time travelers with 5 years' experience. On call, weekends, float required within areas of competency (telemetry, OBS, MedSurg). Omnicell med system, Meditech documentation. SBAR communication.
