Overview:Active Index Advisors (AIA) helps clients customize portfolios for specific investment objectives including tax management and values-alignment. The Client Relationship Manager (CRM) is a member of our internal sales desk and will specialize in being the primary contact servicing AIA clients and prospects. This is a hybrid position located in our Boston, MA office.What you will do:Offer subject matter expertise on Direct Indexing to financial advisors, external wholesalers, the internal sales desk, as well as other members of Natixis to promote Direct Indexing.Partner with broker dealer home office specialist teams to drive new accounts to AIA.Offer expertise on Direct Indexing platform availability and special requirements.Partner with external sales force on client conference calls & proposal reviews.Assist financial advisors in growing Direct Indexing business by promoting AIA and producing hypothetical analysis.Liaison between internal AIA investment, Operations, Trading and Client service teams.Support key AIA clients, AIA power users.Manage high touch and potentially complex relationships (i.e. high touch RIAs/FA).Travel to territory or attend virtual meetings with external salespeople for Firm due diligence including speaking events, regional meetings and national engagements.Leading meetings on Direct Indexing landscape to review pitchbooks, proposals, conduct end-client calls and review prospect cases and existing accounts.What you will bring:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.Series 7 & 63 licenses (or equivalent) or Series 6 and 63 (with a commitment to obtain the Series 7 upon hire) are required. Previously held series 7 and 63 licenses that are inactive will be considered, provided that all required exams are retaken and passed within three months of being hired.Knowledge or familiarity of the direct indexing marketplace is preferred.Proven experience in the financial services industry with a demonstrated interest in financial services and a desire to be in a client facing sales role.Motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and able to take initiative with limited supervision.Able to comprehend and filter complex information and effectively identify and leverage available resources to drive resolutions.Excellent social skills and ability to influence others and easily build and maintain relationships.Ability and desire to learn and build business knowledge.Excellent time management and organization skills, with the ability to prioritize.Effective communication and strong presentation skills.Who we are:We put the best interests of our clients, employees, communities, and environment first in everything we do.
