The world’s top companies across every major industry trust Teradata to improve business performance, enrich customer experiences, and fully integrate data across the enterprise.What You'll DoDevelop business growth strategy using action-oriented data-driven decision-making processes.Identify relevant studies, lead telemetry collection, and data analysis to support product requirements.Help facilitate strategic plans, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.Architect, design, and oversee the building of relevant dashboards to support business reviews.Define, analyze, assess, and/or perform Total Available Market (TAM) and Serviceable Available Market (SAM) assessments.Monitor progress and report on key success metrics to stakeholders.Lead and conduct market research to identify service/product gaps and market trends.Support projected outcomes with relevant market data.Operate independently and as part of a broader team; manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Lead cross-functional teams in product life cycle management.Who You'll Work WithThe Product Management team drives the vision and roadmap for Teradata offerings in public cloud (AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud), cloud database, and advanced analytic engines. We work cross-functionally across most parts of the business to deliver outcomes that matter to our customers, our company, and our team.What Makes You a Qualified Candidate10 years of product management experience in a high-growth industry.5 to 10 years of product development experience.Knowledgeable about Public Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).Technical or business undergraduate degree, MBA or equivalent experience preferred.What You'll BringDemonstrated ability to use influencing skills to lead cross-functional teams.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.A good communicator who can speak to team members of all levels.Comfortable analyzing data and presenting to executive stakeholders.Strong understanding of Teradata Vantage product portfolio, especially cloud services.Experience formulating and driving business growth initiatives/strategies.Experience leading organizational activities.Desire to learn and grow in a technical product management business career.Why We Think You’ll Love TeradataWe prioritize a people-first culture because we know our people are at the very heart of our success.
