USC Credit Union is looking for an enthusiastic
Branch Manager
for its Health Sciences Campus branch in East LA! This position is responsible for leading, planning, organizing, and overseeing all branch operations. The Branch Manager will reach out to and serve the needs of the USC community, as well as drive business development for the branch. With a committed focus on delivering high quality member service to a vibrant membership base, the Branch Manager must have an energizing personality, and strong interpersonal and leadership skills.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Identifies market opportunities, creates business development plans to build relationships for branch, and leads community and business development outreach for corresponding segments.Establishes performance goals, allocates resources, assesses performance of team and ensures team efforts are focused on achieving branch goals.Responsible for achieving consumer loan, new accounts, deposit, cross sell and retention targets including queue management, reporting, data analytics and underwriting authority.Selects, coaches, evaluates and develops all direct reports; oversees training of team in the areas of member services, products and services, operations and interpersonal skills, and ensures team members attend appropriate service and operational training.Provides consultative services to Members regarding credit union products and services and ensures that team members are providing consultative services by assessing the Member's needs, addressing their concerns and gaining agreement.Researches, evaluates, and implements department and/or divisional projects.Ensures compliance with all applicable laws, regulatory requirements, policies and procedures as they relate to USCCUs products and services.Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree.Three to five years management level experience in a financial institution.Knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC, US Patriot Act, Regulation CC and funds availability, GLB and Member Financial Privacy, NCUSIF, and Truth in Savings.Excellent leadership and public relationship skills.Exceptional interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.Compensation:The annual base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $100,000.
