We prioritize our clients' needs, ensuring we understand their goals and work diligently to exceed their expectations while adhering to timelines and budgets.About the RoleWe are seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager, Design to lead and coordinate design projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams.ResponsibilitiesOversee all phases of design projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, within budget.Ensure that all files, trackers, proposals, and design tools are current and organized.Keep clear and accessible records of design decisions and purchases.Visit sites to assess the project and installation requirements.Oversee the stylist's selection of materials, furnishings, and fixtures.Generate accurate floor plans based on the selected furnishings.Drive the coordination of cross-functional teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders to achieve a cohesive and collaborative project team.Serve as a primary point of contact with clients, their consultants, and representatives.Demonstrate superior product knowledge within WSI brands.Identify errors or discrepancies in orders; follow up on solutions with vendors.Address damage issues or missing products and follow up on repairs/replacements.CriteriaMust provide a portfolio or website of current and past experience.Minimum 5 years retail product design experience.Bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field.Must have an aspirational taste-level with an eye for interiors and designer aesthetic.Design skills, creative and inspirational thinker, deadline driven.Full proficiency in Mac operating systems with skill excellence in Microsoft Suite, Adobe Creator Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop.
