LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Saginaw, Michigan.Job Description & RequirementsSpecialty: Med SurgDiscipline: RNStart Date: 11/04/2024Duration: 13 weeks36 hours per weekShift: 12 hours, nightsEmployment Type: TravelPreparing, administering and recording prescribed medications. Changing dressings, inserting catheters, and starting IVs. Adjusting specialized medical equipment as needed, as well as interpreting and recording measurements. Monitoring patients' vitals and reporting adverse reactions to medications in a timely manner.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience - RequiredMed/Surg Observation experience - RequiredGeneral Med/Surg (Oncology, Obs, Hospice, Medical & Surgical Patients)Recent traveler experience - highly preferred
