TravelPosition OverviewJob Title: ED RN (Emergency Department Registered Nurse)Shift: Night shift, 3x12 hours (5:45 PM - 6:15 AM)Contract Duration: 13 weeksGuaranteed Hours: Client may call off up to 36 hours during the assignment.RequirementsExperience: Minimum 3 years in an emergency department; first-timers not accepted.Certifications:Required: ACLS, BLS, PALSPreferred: TNCCLicense: Active IL RN license required; must be in hand or in the application process.Floating: May float within the facility as needed.Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend.Patient Care ResponsibilitiesRatios: 1:4 for all shifts in a 22-bed unit with approximately 65 visits per day.Skills Required:Cardiac monitoring, dysrhythmia management, IV therapy, phlebotomy, emergency medications, and sedation administration.Pediatric and psychiatric care experience required.Respiratory skills, including chest tube management and ventilated patient care.About Nationwide Therapy Group
