Nurse Assistants are part of the care model. Overhead lifts in all rooms. RN will not float to Pediatrics. Vent experience is not required as Respiratory Therapy will manage all vents; however, RN must be able to ensure vent is connected to patient and troubleshoot alarmsGenie Healthcare Job ID #18512.
