Local ContractRequirements: Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology or meet local regulatory (CLIA & State) requirements.
Minimum 2-4 years of clinical laboratory testing experience is required. State Medical Technologist license may be required
ASCP or AMT certification is either preferred or required.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Proficient with computers; Familiarity with laboratory information systems is a plus. High level of attention detail along with strong communication and organizational skills. Must be able to pass a standardized color vision screen. Flexibility to work overtime or other shifts depending on business needs
Additional Comments/Requirements MICROBIOLOGY MED TECH - MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH BACTERIAL CULTURE READING. Vaccine Requirement: Hep B, MMR Vaccine - Declination is only allowed for Hep B Medical Screening: TB Screen, MMR Screen, Color Vision Screening.
SHIFT: Night Shift: 11 PM 07:30 AM Mon Fri ; rotating weekend ASCP or AMT certified candidates required- open to eligible if candidates get it within 6 months. Education: BS, BSMT Temp to hire potentialAbout PRIDE Health
