Shift: Therapists can choose five 8 hour days or four 10 hour daysWe block 14 evals per week in each therapist’s schedule, the rest are treatsThere will be chart review time twice a day for 30 min for 8 hour days, and 3 times per day for 30 min for 10 hour daysGuaranteed Hours: 40Additional Details
We are a free standing out patient facilityWe see patients one on oneWe schedule 60 min for evalsMost treats are 30 minutes, but some are 45 or 60 depending on the circumstancesWe see about 70% ortho patients, 30% neuroWe have a pelvic health therapist, 2 lymphedema therapists, an LSVT program, chronic pain therapist, vestibular therapistWe typically do 1.5 days of hospital orientation, then 1.5 days of department orientationWill then start with patient loadWill give additional charting time the first week or twoWe are business casual
