We're seeking a dynamic Sales Director to drive growth for Sharpr, our innovative SaaS knowledge management product. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your sales expertise and strategic thinking in the B2B tech space. You'll be instrumental in expanding our client base and maximizing revenue from existing accounts, primarily in the USA with potential for international expansion.

What You'll DoDevelop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand relationships with existing onesProvide engaging demonstrations of the Sharpr platform, tailoring your approach to each prospect's unique needsCollaborate with Sharpr sales leadership on contract management and negotiationConsistently meet and exceed sales targetsWork cross-functionally with Operations and Customer Experience teams to ensure smooth solution implementationContribute to the development of best practices and sales strategiesArticulate the value proposition of Dynata and its product suite to diverse audiencesLeverage the broader Dynata sales network for introductions and opportunitiesMaintain proactive communication with prospects through various channels, including email, phone, video conferencing, and in-person meetingsQualifications

Proven track record in B2B sales, account management, or similar roles, with experience selling SaaS solutions (2+ years preferred)Proficiency with CRM systems and sales toolsExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and critical thinking abilitiesAdaptability and willingness to embrace new challenges in a fast-paced environmentCommitment to fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment

The base salary range for this position in is $90,000-$108,000/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A discretionary incentive program may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits, dependent on full-time employment status.
