Position Title: LaborerReports To: Foreman

Summary of Position: A Laborer should possess at least a fundamental understanding of construction and be familiar withworking with tools and their hands.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Ability to operate a certain piece of equipmentGrease, oil and do daily maintenance of equipmentHand dig around existing utilities when necessaryTrained to operate tampers, jackhammers, drills, and sawsCarry and load materials to be used on the jobFollow all company safety policies and practicesReport any equipment repairs needed to Foreman or SupervisorLight repair and maintenance of tools and equipmentAssist in hauling equipment to and from job siteClean up and restore work areaWash and clean vehicles and equipmentOther duties as assignedEssential Education and Qualifications:

Valid Driver's LicenseValid DOT Health CardPreferred Skills:

Class A Driver's License (CDL) - pay incentive to obtain CDLPhysical Demands:

Must be physically fit to endure the daily activity involved with the jobMust be able to work in all weather conditionsMust be able to lift up to 75 pounds
