Detailed Job Description:
Responsible for the design and analysis of machines and infrastructure to support inspection of semiconductor wafers. Understand and develop system and sub-system requirement specifications for components used in ultra-high and ultra-clean clean rooms. Perform feasibility studies and proof of concepts. Develop test plans for prototypes. Assist with prototype machine assembly & testing. Interact with service and manufacturing teams for introduction of new machine designs.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years in semiconductor industry.
• Must be familiar with UL 1557 and UL SEMI S2
• Must have experience with clean room design. Including vacuum systems, fluid lines, and heat transfer.
• Must have thorough knowledge and be proficient with ASME Y14.5 (GD&T).
• Minimum 2 years CREO experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in office productivity tools.
• ANSYS experience a plus
• ENOVIA experience a plus
