Clean Room Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $22.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 06:00am to 04:30pm)
• Ability to work in and follow all procedures for a Class 1000 clean room while following ESD protocols to maintain the integrity of the space and the cleanliness of the assembled products.
• Train under the lead Operator to learn the technical, manufacturing/assembly duties to successfully perform under minimal supervision.
• Prepare adhesives and other work surfaces to support timely builds.
• Read, understand, and execute precise work instructions while working with the other members of the team to ensure an on time build work of orders.
• Identify and segregate product or materials with acceptance-rejection status.
• Accurately record labor and time results into ERP systems.
• Collaborate with a cross functional team (operations, quality, engineering) to ensure finished products meet quality standards.

Clean Room Operator Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years experience working in a clean room environment
• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience with bonding preferred
• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
