CACI is looking for a Software Developer for our Fairborn Ohio location. You will perform maintenance on existing software products. You will assist in coding, testing, and debugging new software or making enhancements to existing software and suggest solutions for problems or software enhancements. You also may assist in the development of user manuals and work with technical staff to learn and understand problems with software.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Assist in writing code to create single-threaded or user interface event driven applications, either stand-alone or those which access servers or services.Help to develop code necessary to complete the assigned project(s) in the specified time frame according to departmental standards and guidelines.Assist in writing, modifying, and debugging software for client applications and writes programs according to specifications from higher-level personnel.May help to develop the critical components of the solution, including but not limited to, security, rules infrastructure, custom adapter implementation, and application interfaces.Use source debuggers and visual development environments.Profile, analyze and optimize the software.Employ best practices for design, development, unit testing and test plan development and develop software user manuals.Required Qualifications:

Active Secret ClearanceBachelor's degree in related technical field (i.e., Computer Engineering)Experience in C++ programmingExperience in C-sharp programmingAbility to build and maintain effective working relationships with fellow programmers, system engineers, test engineer, and other team membersRequires the ability to obtain a Secret security clearanceThese Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and related software development experience, preferably as a new college graduate.Proficient in multiple object-oriented programming language.Thorough understanding of the software development life cycleWhat we can offer you:

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:$48,300-$96,600
