Travel**Overflow unit for winter census**
RTO after booking is not allowed and is not allowed to be worked out onsite. Any call offs or additional RTO on unit, could possibly turn into a cancel and DNR.
Ratios: 1:6-7. 12hr DAYS Fri-Mon schedule (may be required to work a week day holiday shift) Will accept 48HRS. Unit will accept contracts from 13 weeks+ up to March 15, 2025 (hard stop) to get the Unit through the Holidays!
FLOATING REQUIRED as needed to similar units.
WEEKEND Schedule: Friday-Monday
Patient Population: General Surgery and Medical Tele. Cardiac telemetry /medical telemetry. Various diagnosis requiring either medical intervention or surgical procedures. Including medical tele patients. Overflow for winter census. Daily Census= 18. PYXIS, EPIC, SBAR.
Certifications Required: ACLS, BCLS, with NIH preferred.
Skills Required: IV Start and Telemetry.
Minimum Years of Experience: 2 yrs OR 1 year with travel experience Unit Accepts 1st time Traveler: Yes.
36hrs of Orientation.
