Our Organization is seeking an LPN for our long term care facility in Far Rockaway.

Responsibilities:

The Licensed Practical Nurse will be required to perform the necessary functions to ensure resident/patient care safety and satisfaction. The LPN will assume charge nurse responsibilities as assigned and will report to the Registered Nurse/RN Supervisors.

Requirements:

NYS LPN License

BLS through AHA

High School Diploma or Equivalent.
