Iowa is compact.Occasional Windom SNF coverageDrive Time and Mileage paid between facilities and during Home Health travel1 PTA to superviseSoftware - Netsmart for Home Health and Net Health for SNF - training availableOffering at least 13 weeks and option for longer term - 1 yearFlexibility in schedule for time off requested or to shift worked days: Normal is M-F could do Su-Th to have F offHome Health is approx 6 clients per day and SNF Productivity expectations 85% (includes evaluations and group/concurrent time in full)Guaranteed - 36 hoursEstherville, Iowa and Jackson Minnesota
