Job Description
Executing monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables (journal entries, reconciliations, reports)Managing AR collection activitiesMatching, batching, coding and entering invoices; entering, posting and reconciling batchesEnsuring accurate receivable records and verify outstanding account balancesCreating financial reports relating to account receivable function and status of accountsHandle credit inquiries and correspondenceCompleting AP cycle for vendorsEnsure proper and timely communication with internal and external partnersCreating new processes to improve financial efficiency and internal controls evaluationsProcess and reconciliation of payroll, expenses and reimbursementMonitor margin on ordersProvide management with ad hoc financial reporting and analysisMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
2+ years of experience in an accountant role or similar experienceWorking knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS;Exceptional focus on attention to detail and accuracy in deadline driven environment, maintains sense of responsibility and ownership to see tasks through to completion;Excellent customer-service mindset, judgment and creative problem-solving skills;Entrepreneurial team player, comfortable working in ambiguity and ready to multitask;Exceptional communication skillsAdvanced Excel SkillsWhat's on Offer
