TravelShift Structure: Self-scheduling with a manager available from 7 AM to 7 PM to ensure balance. Block scheduling may be considered on a case-by-case basis.Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend, potentially every third weekend.Holiday Requirements: Every other holiday.

Patient Care Model: Patients remain in the same room for labor, delivery, and postpartum care, allowing the RN to manage both mother and baby (couplet care).Common Diagnoses: Active labor, elective inductions, low-risk pregnancies (37 weeks and up).Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRPTitration Protocol: RNs are required to titrate drips according to policy.Common Drips: Pitocin, Magnesium (used for send-outs only)About Summit Medical Staffing Nursing
