TravelAbout the PositionPosition / Specialty: Cardiac Step-Down RNShift: Will work 3x12s, Nights (19:00-7:00), Holidays as neededRatios: 1:5Weekend REQ: Rotating weekendsIs on-call REQ? (Y/N): NoWill this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs/float between like units/sister facilities? Yes, Travelers for the Downtown and Northeast campuses may be required to float between DT/NE campuses due to census and/or staffing needs.
A ratio of 1:6 may be required when floated to other units.
Required/PreferredYears of experience REQ: 2 years of experience requiredFirst-timers accepted: YesLicense REQ: SC or Multi State/Compact RN license. Will not hire with pending license.Certs REQ (MUSC only accepts American Heart Association (AHA)): BLS, ACLSTrauma Level REQ: N/ASpecial Requirements: Telemetry, IV Start skills required
MiscellaneousOpen to accommodating block schedule? (Y/N): Requires managers approval upon request. Dependent on unit's needsLocal Radius: 60 milesLocals Accepted: Yes, on a case-by-case basis at 10% less the posted bill rate.RTO Restrictions for Client Offers: All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on facility needsGuaranteed Hours: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.
