**Experience:** Level 1 Trauma Experience; RN must scrub and circulate; Experience in Ortho, Ortho Trauma, Vascular, Urology, General Surgery. Preferred experience in Neurosurgery (crani and spine), Open Heart/Thoracic, Ophthalmology, ENT, Bariatric, and Gynecology.
**License:** Must have an active license prior to submission
**Certifications:** Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination (No exemptions)
**Must-Have:**
- RN with required specialty experience- Willingness to take on-call shifts (One 12-hour shift a month on a Saturday or Sunday)- Flexibility to float to different units if needed
**Job Description:**
- Provide professional nursing care in the operating room setting.- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.- Demonstrate proficiency in managing high-pressure situations typical of Level 1 Trauma environments.- Perform both scrubbing and circulating roles as necessary.- Comply with health and safety regulations, including vaccination requirements.- Participate in scheduled on-call duties as required, with no weekday calls.- Adhere to all outlined policies regarding time off requests.- Ability to adapt to potential floating requirements across various units within a defined distance.- Completion of orientation process within designated hours.
