**Must-Have:**- Competency with immediate postoperative cardiac and vascular surgery patients requiring ICU care- Experience with high-acuity patients involving advanced hemodynamic monitoring- Proficiency with ventilators, a-lines, spinal drains, hemodynamic monitoring, ECG interpretation and monitoring- Knowledge of temporary pacemakers, vasoactive and inotropic drip titrations
**Job Description:**- Provide care for patients in a cardiovascular intensive care unit setting- Handle postoperative cardiac and vascular surgery patients- Utilize advanced skills in hemodynamic monitoring and ECG interpretation- Manage patient support involving ventilators, a-lines, and spinal drains- Perform titrations for vasoactive and inotropic drips- Complete a competency test within 48 hours of submission- Maintain an up-to-date professional email for test communications
