Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual therapy to finance professionals, addressing issues related to stress, anxiety, depression, and work-life balance.
  • Develop and implement therapeutic strategies tailored to the needs of individuals.
  • Conduct group therapy sessions and workshops on topics related to mental health.
  • Collaborate with human resources and management to develop wellness initiatives and mental health programs.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to professional ethics and standards of practice.
  • Continually assess the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Stay abreast of the latest research and developments in therapy.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
  • Current license to practice therapy in the state.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed therapist.
  • Demonstrated ability to exhibit emotional maturity and good judgment.
  • High standards of morals and speech.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Strong understanding of the unique stressors and challenges faced by professionals in the finance industry.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective therapeutic strategies.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a large caseload effectively.
  • Proficiency in electronic health record systems and other relevant technology.
