Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-10+ years of experience in the construction field, with a strong background in healthcare construction projects. This role requires a deep understanding of Lean Construction practices, a proficiency in Procore Construction Software, and the ability to lead complex projects in mission-critical environments such as healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee all phases of healthcare construction projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion.

Coordinate and manage daily construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality expectations.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to resolve issues, communicate progress, and ensure project milestones are met.

Utilize Lean Construction Practices to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and streamline project workflows.

Effectively manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure maximum productivity on the job site.

Ensure adherence to healthcare-specific regulations and standards, including infection control and patient safety protocols.

Utilize Procore Construction Software for project management, scheduling, and collaboration with all team members.

Conduct site inspections to monitor compliance with safety procedures, OSHA regulations, and industry best practices.

Communicate project updates and milestones to stakeholders and clients, maintaining a strong relationship with healthcare clients.

Qualifications:

5-10+ years of experience in construction, with a focus on healthcare projects preferred.

Extensive knowledge of Lean Construction Practices and the ability to implement them on-site.

Proficiency in Procore Construction Software or similar project management platforms.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Experience managing mission-critical environments, such as hospitals or healthcare facilities, is highly desirable.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and trade contractors.

Thorough knowledge of construction safety practices and OSHA regulations.

Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and efficiency.
