What is the ideal background?

• The ideal candidate will have a passion to take care of patients in a primary care setting. We will consider new grad candidates.
• We have another position currently open that is somewhat heavy with psych patients but we are not managing their mental health – it is a comanaged population with a local Mental Health Center.

What is the patient population?

• Our patient population is from newborn to elderly from all socioeconomic backgrounds.
• We deal with immigrant and underinsured patients.

What are the responsibilities?

• Primary care to a panel of patients either taking over someone who has left or with a new panel

What is the schedule?

• We are flexible offering either 4 or 5 shifts a week
• We prefer our APPs work 32 clinical hours and 8 admin.

What is a typical day like?

• An Advanced Practice Providers schedule will be a mix of wellness, acute care and chronic disease management.
