• Co-Lead and manage the tax department ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Develop and implement strategies for clients.
• Supervise and mentor junior tax staff.
• Stay up-to-date with tax regulations and industry trends.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in tax preparation and planning
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A proactive and energetic approach to problem solving and team work
• CPA certification preferred but not required
