Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A Master's Degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a tax management role, ideally within the finance industry.
3. Extensive knowledge of tax laws and regulations at the federal, state, and local levels.
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide effective solutions.
5. Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
7. Proficiency in tax software and other relevant computer applications.
