We are looking for an Associate HRBP to provide support for our HRBP teams. In this role, you will partner closely with HRBPs to drive HR programs and initiatives to completion. You will be on the frontline collaborating with cross-functional partners to oversee and deploy projects both within specific business units and functions, as well as company-wide programs. You will also partner directly with employees and managers to answer questions, facilitate trainings, and run HR programs. Success in this role means helping HRBPs turn ideas into reality and effectively coordinating and delivering impactful People programs to drive employee engagement. You will also help innovate and improve these programs as we continue to scale.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership for driving work forward. You’re effective at managing multiple projects at once, very detail-oriented and organized, learn quickly, and have a track record of being adaptable in a fluid, high-growth environment.
We have two Associate HRBPs that we will be hiring for across the People Team.One position will provide support across Science and Engineering functions. The Science organization is 450 -500 people now and will change across the year. The population is data and machine learning driven and will require direct interaction across all levels of the business. The Emerging Engineering business (within the Engineering function) has a population of 250 -300. The population is also data driven and houses mainly Software Engineers and this position will also interact with multiple levels within the Engineering org. Supporting both will mean a developing fluency of the support needs across two separate and active organizations.
The other position will support Product, Marketing, Biz Ops +strategy across the Business organization (approx. 1000 people). These teams work very closely to ensure we provide the best products to our customers. In this role you will have variety and exposure, provide front line support to leads with performance management and cyclical HR processes.
You WillPartner with employees and managers in the business and resolve roadblocks to help set individuals and teams up for success.Escalate concerns outside of your scope from managers and employees to ensure they are connected to the appropriate resources they need.Collaborate with HRBPs on the delivery of local and/or global project work in support of their client groups including team reorganizations, talent reviews, team-building exercises, M&A work, and policy design.Assist HRBPs in creating, preparing, and analyzing surveys and reports.Execute on both administrative and project-based work across various HR programs, such as the performance evaluation process, promotion cycle audits, and bi-annual Pulse surveys.Build and maintain a highly effective and collaborative partnership with cross-functional teams, both locally and globally, such as HR Operations, Learning & Programs, People Analytics, Office Experience, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, IT, and Security.Build expertise in HR processes and suggest changes to improve efficiency, scalability, and employee experience.Complete regular audits and other necessary administrative responsibilities as needed.
You HaveRequired Qualifications3-5 years of HR, operational, project management, and/or program management experience.Demonstrate strong judgment, including escalation to appropriate parties for consultation as needed.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a successful track record of implementing processes that scale.Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal), with an ability to build partnerships and establish rapport and credibility at all levels.An ability to work independently to manage multiple ongoing projects and programs with high attention to detail and organizational skills.Exceptional ethics around confidentiality and highly sensitive information.Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment with changing demands.Demonstrates a solution-focused approach to problem-solving, with the ability to find pragmatic outcomes.
