This team aims to provide intuitive, simplified solutions that grow advertiser activation, retention and ARPA via enhanced delivery experience, performance and higher ROI.We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to build highly scalable machine learning products that determine what ads billions of TikTok users see and engage with. You will be responsible for helping millions of advertisers improve their return on ad spend, growing overall monetization efficiency, and protecting the experience of our users, creators, and community through an industry-leading recommendation system.Responsibilities:

Responsible for lead generation client's revenue on TikTok; Enable advertisers to achieve true business value with upper and lower funnel objectives.Analyze and diagnose business problems, identify client's pain points and priorities, lead short and long-term business strategy and implementation plans of responsible area.Manage the product lifecycle end-to-end (bidding tool, user journey optimization, targeting solution, native & Ads traffic combination, etc.), working with globally cross-functional partners for successful development, go-to-market, operation, and demand-generation efforts to provide end-to-end solutions for lead generation clients.Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

BA/BS degree in Computer Science, EE, Mathematics or Statistics, or equivalent practical experience. Experience with machine learning/recommendation systems is a plus.5+ years experience in online advertising in a product management role, with demonstrated expertise in the management of a product (or portfolio of products) through the software development lifecycle, from conception to launch to ongoing performance measurement and optimization.Fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking.Excellent documentation, presentation, communication, organizational, and analytical skills, particularly implemented in a cross-functional and global role.TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives. Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $210000 - $510000 annually.Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.Our company benefits are designed to convey company culture and values, to create an efficient and inspiring work environment, and to support our employees to give their best in both work and life.
