A company is seeking an exceptional commercial leader to join their dynamic early-stage team as a

Head of Growth . This pivotal role requires a self-starter with a proven track record of selling into health plans, employers, and value-based care entities. The ideal candidate will possess the drive and expertise to grow into the leader of the sales organization, helping to shape and execute the company’s go-to-market strategy. This is a remote role and will report directly to the CEO.

What You’ll Be Working OnDevelop and Execute Sales Strategy: Work with the CEO and Medical Director to implement a GTM strategy to drive the adoption of the company’s AI-powered medical services among relevant VBC stakeholders.Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers within health plans, employers, and other potential partners.Sales Execution: Lead end-to-end sales processes, from initial outreach and negotiation to closing deals and managing ongoing relationships.RequirementsExperience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales, specifically selling into VBC entities.Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.Self-Starter: Highly motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment.Leadership Potential: Strong leadership qualities with the ambition to build and lead a sales team.The OfferImpact: An opportunity to be at the vanguard of AI-augmented care delivery.Growth: Professional development and growth opportunities within a rapidly scaling venture-backed company.Culture: A collaborative and innovative work environment where your ideas and contributions are valued.Compensation: Competitive salary and equity options.
