You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with our business goals and values. You will also manage the recruitment, retention, and development of our talent, and foster a positive and productive work culture.What the job entails:Develop and execute HR strategies and policies that support our vision, mission, and objectivesManage the staffing process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of qualified candidatesDesign and implement employee retention and engagement programs, such as recognition, rewards, and feedback systemsConduct and coordinate employee training and development activities, such as orientation, coaching, mentoring, and career planningAdminister and monitor employee compensation and benefits plans, ensuring fairness, competitiveness, and complianceHandle employee relations and performance management issues, such as grievances, disputes, appraisals, and disciplinary actionsEnsure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations, and maintain accurate and updated records and documentationAnalyze and report on HR metrics and trends, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to managementLead and supervise the HR team, and provide guidance and support to other managers and employees on HR mattersCreate and maintain a positive, inclusive, and diverse work environment that reflects our culture and valuesJob Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or certification preferredMinimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in a tech or consulting industryIn-depth knowledge of HR best practices, principles, and procedures, such as recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and legal complianceExcellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with all levels of the organizationStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to drive actions and outcomesProficient in Microsoft Office and HR software, such as BambooHR, Paylocity, and WorkdayAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and innovative environment, and adapt to changing priorities and needsHigh level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality, with a customer-focused and results-oriented attitude
